Magdalena Kalinowska She specialises in labour employment law, social security and immigration. On a day-to-day basis, she advises clients on executive recruitment and termination, incentive benefits and compensation plans, as well as restructuring employment in companies. She also assists clients in introducing employment-related documentation and ensuring that it complies with local laws. She supports clients on health and safety regulations, company social benefit funds and the social security aspects of employment. She also has extensive expertise on issues related to employing foreigners in Poland and employing Polish citizens abroad.
Magdalena graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
She is fluent in English and Polish.
